This one-hour class is a six week series offered Mondays beginning July 18.
Whether you are an avid athlete, you’ve never worked out, or you fall somewhere in between, this class is for you.
Come get fit for the summer! This class will utilize concepts of strength, conditioning, fat burning, and muscle gain. You will work hard but you will also have a lot of fun.

Canned proteins including SPAM, tuna, chicken, beef, etc. are in demand. Cereal is still very much needed to supplement breakfast foods while school is out. Any and all varieties of canned protein and cereal are accepted.
